"I'm still committed to BC, but I'm listening a little bit (to other schools)," the Class of 2013 running back said. "I want to look at some other schools just a little bit because I don't know who the next head coach for BC is going to be."
Daniels verbally committed to Boston College in June. The Harding High (Warren, OH) product said he will meet with the school's new coach before deciding his future.
"Coaching wise, I don't really have too much of a preference," Daniels said. "I had a good connection with the (previous Eagles) coaches, but one of the main reasons I committed to Boston College is because I know it's a real good school academically. They have some pretty nice facilities."
"They like my style of running," the 6-foot, 215-pounder said. "They said that it fits their offense; the I-Formation and downhill running the football. They also don't have to worry about me and my grades."
Daniels said he will "most likely" visit Iowa.
"I think I'm going to take a couple of visits," Daniels said.
Daniels isn't sure how the rest of his recruitment will play out.
"I can't really answer that for you," he said. "I like BC a lot. I just don't know how things are going to work out there."
