Detroit Cass Tech (Mich.) had Illinois drop in today and three of their top athletes came away with offers from the Fighting Illini.

Three Detroit Cass Tech prospects were offered by Illinois today, as junior cornerback Damon Webb, junior linebacker-running back Gary Hosey, and sophomore running back Mike Weber were all offered.

Webb, an early four-star prospect adds to his list which also includes Ohio State, LSU, Michigan, and others.

Hosey holds an additional offer from Toledo, and the 6'0, 230-lb prospect can project to either side of the ball in college.

"[Illinois] offered me as an athlete," he said. "They don't know if they want me at linebacker or running back."

Weber, a 5'9, 190-lb prospect who had a big playoff run for the Technicians landed his first two offers today, with the first coming from Syracuse.
