Lowe will join eight other Northeast Ohio players on the Iowa squad next fall, as the Hawkeyes have made a strong push into the state in recent years.

Lowe reported an offer from NC State in recruiting update from January 18th.

HawkeyeNation.com will be in contact with Lowe early this week.

As it stands now, Iowa may be down to two or three scholarships left in the class, as Marcus Malbrough is now committed to Missouri.

Iowa is still looking for a cornerback and will keep an offer open for RB Mark Ingram.
