The 'I' Club Radio Show will be broadcast live tonight, Wednesday, November 13th, 6 pm, from Doc's Bar & Grill in West Des Moines. Ed Podolak, former All-Pro RB with the Kansas City Chiefs, will analyze the upcoming game with the Gophers. Danan Hughes, former All-Big Ten WR, will also be a guest. Who could forget the "Snow Angel" that Danan made at the Minnesota game in Iowa City. San Francisco 49er scout, Jim Bruner, will offer his observations about Iowa personnel. The event will feature prizes, trivia and audience participation. Doc's is located at 60th and Westown Parkway in West Des Moines. I have eaten there several times and can personally attest to the good food. I've had prime rib, chicken and seafood and thought that all were outstanding. Happy hour starts in the afternoon at 3 and runs until 7 in the evening. Doc's will also host Game Watch Parties for all away games. Prizes, drink/food specials, watch the game with a great group of Hawkeye fans. Doc's has two 60" TV's to view the games. There are also 3 booths that have individual TV's. Come out and join the fun!
