G Carlton Reed		By Matt Haas HTO.com Basketball Editor Date: Nov 7, 2002 The Iowa Hawkeyes are going to receive a national letter of intent from one member of the Waterloo, IA East basketball program later next week, and now they are turning their attention to another player on that team in 6-3 junior guard Carlton Reed. HTO.com had the chance to sit down and talk with Reed this past weekend as he was on Iowa’s campus taking in the Black & Gold Basketball Blowout.
